Since emigrating from New Zealand in 1991, I have lived on the North shore of Vancouver for over 12 years.  Living in North Vancouver has provided an idyllic setting to raise two active children, participate in the many school, social and sporting activities a busy family life can bring.

I have always retained a personal and professional interest in the residential real estate market, renovating a number of homes in Vancouver over the past decade. Prior to my career as a REALTOR® I held various national sales, marketing and business development positions for a Fortune 500 company. The diversity of skills and experiences obtained in my corporate career positioned me perfectly to serve my clients and the real estate profession.

An eye for detail, outstanding negotiating and organizational skills coupled with a strong work ethic are all attributes you can expect and rely upon when I’m engaged to represent you.  Providing service that exceeds your expectations is my personal standard.

Selling a property should never be just another transaction. Building valuable and lasting relationships is my objective. I don’t necessarily see myself as being in the business of selling property, but rather being in “The People Business”. Focusing on what really matters...you, my clients.
